The Not A Krystals from Corner Market (the catering company doesn't make them)- for the uninitiated they were "sliders" made up of beef tenderloin, a Sister Schubert-style roll, greens, creamy horseradish sauce.

Chicken tenders + spinach dip from Houston's (it's a chain but a Nashville original chain and I miss it and no Bricktop's isn't the same)

Anything from Clayton Blackman

BLT from Vandyland

and I'll just go on and beat the dead horse and say everything at The Loveless Cafe, pre-corporate takeover, when it was in the shack.
