Thanks for the recommend - I have been wanting to try blvd, and I loved that smoked vinegar on the Brussels sprouts at Cha Cha. Every time I get my hot brown bag of fries at Hot Diggety, I wish I had some freshly chopped garlic to toss into the bag, or maybe some truffle oil.
