It's just a shame that it isn't moving further away... like out of the city. I've never had a more rude experience at a restaurant in my life.

It's been a while since I've been, but I loved the food and service was fine. If there are glitches in the hospitality I hope they are remedied, because the flavor coming out of that kitchen is terrific.

I generally tip a dollar or two per person at the counter, 20%+ if I'm sitting at the bar and getting full service.

Not sure how much to tip at the place that strongly encourages you to GTFO in ten minutes or less after getting your ramen, the way they do it in Japan.

Because employees are often dependent on tips, I usually tip about 15-20% at fast casual restaurants, especially when dining in.

Many coffee shops have a similar format to fast casual and tipping is expected.

Here's an important question that I have always wondered - do folks working in these places get paid like servers (i.e., $2ish bucks/hour) or do they get paid a wage regulated by the minimum wage standards?
