I consider myself a huge foodie and love to try all kinds of food and Nashville has some of the best food trucks around!!! I worked in the food industry for over 10 years doing everything from front of the house to the back :) I would be honored to judge any category but I would most like to judge entrée/main course trucks!!

Touchy, touchy. Hudson at least responded to the question posed in the article's title.

I would love to try Saint Anejo, because I'm still trying to find a really, really good Mexican restaurant to frequent.

Nah, I try not to have my phone out when I am eating and it annoys me when people are paying more attention to their phones than their dining companions. I'm usually more interested in conversation and the whole experience of the meal than trying to document it.

Our group had a pretty similar experience to many of the commenters and we have not been back. Our server was friendly but was either slammed or innatentive; we waited a long time for our drink and food orders and rarely saw him.

Yes, I take pictures of my food. I also pay attention to and converse with my dining companions, though it's incredibly difficult to do both, I understand taking a photo and then putting down the phone requires immense will power.

A good chunk of my instagram follows (including you, Megan!)

Raw food out of a shipping container. You know rats have been eating this way for years.

I would love to have Avo near me in California. My granddaughter took me to the one in Nashville in august and I was crazy for it!

You don't have to be vegan to enjoy the Avo menu! We loved the food along with the drinks!

I wish the folks that work at Avo all the best but I would be shocked I this place is still around a year from now.

Raw veganism is a fad based on some serious misconceptions about how digestion works. These people have substituted the vita-mix for the oven, and nuts for...well, just about everything you can think of.
