We could use a few more BBQ and pizza joints. And maybe another place that serves that famous Nashville hot chicken to the tourist.

We had a Persian lunch buffet run by the Fat Mo's guy. It didn't last.

I would say we need a moratorium on restaurants with significant amounts of barnwood in the decor, those hyping 'craft' anything, and those hyping anything 'farm to...' or '...to table' anything. Not that serious food, beer, or cocktail craft or responsible food sourcing are bad things, just not at all unique anymore.

A single serviceable Sichuan restaurant would be fantastic, thanks.

Publix has gotten more expensive while Kroger is becoming more affordable in TN. Publix made a big mistake when they got rid of their meat selection counter, and another when they rearranged their layout, probably because they got a new MBA schematic manager.

For the record The Dude Abideth, aka John Rogers, is officially banned from our premises for an incident which led to his eventual arrest. Rest assured you will not have to deal with him when you visit our fine establishment.

I'm glad to see Pablo follow his dreams. I've known him for years in Colorado and he is passionate about everything he does.

For the longest time I might have said Chicago style pizza but now there's that place in Germantown.

Our greatest deficit has to be Chinese.

King Tut's! Super fresh, always delicious, and generous portions make it my hands-down favorite.

@tobinthegnome Oscar's Tacos does a fairly loyal San Diego taqueria impersonation. The family is from Chula Vista and models it after Roberto's, including the carne asada and red/green hot sauce containers.

"i'd be loyal to anyone who makes pierogis"

It is worth the drive to hit Whole Foods in Huntsville for pierogi. They have a fresh pasta area by the cheese, that includes pierogi.
