Had I read more thoroughly rather than drool enviously over the photos, I would have seen the reason it was closed last night at 6:45 is because it opened TODAY May 26th. Sorry!

For me, when the weather turns warm, the Dark 'n Stormy becomes my go to cocktail. Especially to proceed a great meal.

Last year it was Yazoo's Summer Seasonal, which was essentially a gose. Nice entry into the sours category and most refreshing on a hot day.
