@fancycwabs ooh, that would have been a good one to mention; I forgot about that one. Seems like another weenie place was similar.

Lesley:
While we revel in being named the #1 vegetarian unfriendly restaurant in Nashville, we take a little offense that you write for a Nashville Paper and send your friends to Memphis for BBQ. Your own publication has named the Peg Leg Porker #1 BBQ in Nashville for three years running.

im surprised at Green Hills Grill. i would think that being where it is that they would have steamed veggies etc. i dont have a lot of sympathy for a vegan who complains about a bbq place.

FINALLY a chef owned restaurant in Green Hills!!! We are so sick of 'franchise food' or bland food (GH Grill).

"It’s the end of the year, and I’m short on inspiration."

You could say that again. What a ridiculous piece you've written.

What a pointless post. You recommend a restaurant that you've never been to?

My vote is for Flip Side. As far as I'm concerned, there are several reasons not to go there, but #1 is a lack of options for anyone who doesn't eat chicken.

My first job out of High School was at St Paul and over the next 5 years Iearned so very much. Seeing the hospital torn down tears a small piece of my heart out.
