What about the impact to the neighborhood residents and to the Blvd? Obviously no concerns whatsoever, as if the Slums of Belmont couldn't get any worse. Somebody get your high fallutin Political activist butts out there and clean up that alleyway and make it a one way street; it's so busy it simply does not qualify anymore as an '"alley".While you're at it get some noise ordinances in place for all the AC units, fans, restaurant equipment, broken buzzing street lights, etc. There has already been ongoing unresolved issues with the other businesses and one slumlord.
