Orange or Italian (kinda like in Italy) cheese slathered over every little thing is such an exotic and significant idea to introduce here from far, far away, because we don't have any places that do that. Next step: just slathering cheese over a giant TV screen and announcing that it's the New Music City Cuisine?

To me, Embers is a perfect example of the parable of "The Emperor's New Clothes." Nashville has come full circle from the dining scene it had when I first arrived in the 90's.
