Nashville really needs more bbq options, said nobody.

Sorta fitting that it is right where the Hillsboro Village H.G. Hill's store once stood.

Citrus, citrus, citrus! You need some citrus, like a creamsicle (lest creamy dairy) to put out the fire.

Just finding this thread as I live out of state now, but yes -- Applegate's Landing! Talk about a flashback.

I'd love see more "mocktail" suggestions for taking preggo friends out on girls nights. I was excited for the Scene's article...but 4 places only?

The description sounds about right, but I can't remember any of the details about it! Or even where it came from.

You can park free for an hour in the lots behind Pancake Pantry or Fido. Just be sure to put that free receipt on your dashboard and don't dawdle.

Open topic:

I'm not much of a fast-foodie, but occasionally do sin. One of my places to do so is Checker's -- I had a vegetarian friend who used to go there for their fries.

Went by yesterday, sat at the speaker, nobody said anything.

I haven't heard any specific news about it, but I can only imagine what that piece of Midtown real estate is worth now. I fully expect the announcement of a drive-through steakhouse or pizza joint in that location any time now...

I hope that he does well, but I love the Nolensville market. It is small and producer/farmer only.

Start working at home with Google! It's by-far the best job I've had.

There are a few exceptions, granted. But when taken as a whole, Edley's is the alpha and the omega of the BBQ experience in Nashville, TN.

The way, the truth and the life.

I spend more for organic on stuff that uses the most pesticides to produce conventionally.

I just got back from a doughnut research mission in Chicago, given the impending arrival of Doughnut Vault. Doughnuts and coffee made for an easy breakfast to bring back to the hotel room when traveling with a baby.
